Budget Car Rental

Always done me right and the prices seem to be the best around. Especially for NOT having to drop off and pick up at the airport location. Which to me is worth the extra couple bucks a day all day long! And I truly mean, just a couple bucks extra per day. And I've always had great staff every time I've been there as well. Can't go wrong with this location for sure!

My significant other and I work in wildland fire. We are sent all across the country and rent cars for weeks at a time. We’ve been Enterprise customers for years, but the service and availability of cars has steadily declined. This season we decided to try Budget, and we are glad we did. The service we’ve received from Graham has been outstanding. He’s a one man show, running the office, answering phones, checking cars in and out, and even cleaning vehicles. The guy works extremely hard, he’s trying to build his business, and he cares about his customers. I couldn’t recommend Graham and Budget on Crestline more highly. He might be hard to reach on the phone but cut him some slack. He’s a great guy and he’ll go the extra mile to see that your needs are met.

Worst car rental experience of my life. We arrived a little after our pick-up time to find a single worker hastily cleaning our compact car (we reserved a mid-size). I had set this up through my insurance company (w/ Budget on the phone) but they claimed to not have that info and tried to charge us directly. After another call, my insurance rep was able to work with the local Budget rep to resolve what had already been set up the day prior. There were a total of two customers, including myself (I was first in line), and the whole ordeal took over an hour due to the rep's inability to complete the most trivial of tasks without calling his superior. The icing on top was when I returned from my trip to find they had charged my card $153 for some unknown reason, which I now get the pleasure of
