Budget Car Rental

Agent very professional and courtesy..I have always gone to Love Field Airport for the hours. So glad I came to this location. The vehicle was so clean and no smell of smoke. Unlike the Airport rentals.

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I'm writing to help improve their service. First of all, the car I requested was not available. I was charged a $250 deposit upfront, which was fine, but even after two days of returning the car, the deposit was not refunded. When I called customer service, they told me it would take at least a week or possibly around 10 days. This was my first time using Budget, and I was very disappointed with such service.

The customer service was so excellent, I’m a Beryl evacuee and the male agent couldn’t remember his name was so kind and understanding. I wasn’t able to return the car back to Houston and had to drop it off at this location. The male agent who worked on today really made my day during this stressful period.

I was not impressed with the customer service from the young lady who helped me, she made me feel as if my purchase was bothering her. I saw signs about fees for cleaning if you bring the car back dirty, and there were scratches on the car.I pray all goes well with my return. But some red flags are flying.

Easy check-in. They are a bit higher priced than enterprise rental but had vehicles available.
