Budget Car Rental

Excellent service by Sunny. He was courteous and explained how everything works with the rental process. I extended my rental for smaller car to get a cheaper rate but since they didn't have any available smaller car he was able to upgrade me for what I currently have which was excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with this location so far. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend it.

I have to say you only meet so many people that makes a difference and truly impact your life. My daughter and I have been blessed to have met Sunny. Sunny brought the sun out when all there was were clouds. He made the impossible possible and for that kindness I will forever be in debt. He is a kind hearted, soft spoken, calm, and truly a wonderful person. 🙏🙏Bless you Sunny🙏🙏 Budget should be very Thankful for you!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. I rented a luxury vehicle and when I got there no such vehicle was available. I still had to pay the same price and was instructed to call Budget Reservations. When I called Budget Reservations they wouldn't help me because they said my phone number didn't match the reservation!

Sunny is so professional and helping me to find the best deals all the time, every time I need a car rental-Sunny is my guy!

Rented a car from PHL through budget website. On my way to NJ the check engine light came on. I called customer service and they said just go to the nearest location to switch out the car. I went to this location and before I could even get half my sentence out to tell the guy what the situation was he rudely cut me off and started yelling at me saying that they didn’t have any rentals. I normally don’t leave reviews but this guy was just rude! Stay away!
