Budget Car Rental

Excellent customer service at this location! We originally had a car reservation at Enterprise but they tried giving us a different vehicle class than we had reserved. I called this Budget location and they were able to get me an upgraded SUV for a lower price than Enterprise and had it ready for pick up in two hours! We really appreciated their service and will be sure to use them for future rentals.

was charged for a toll even though I hooked up my personal MDez pass. contacted customer service they sent me around and around finally they said I need to contact this email, so I did and they said they can't find any reason I should have been billed but won't refund the full $52 for a $3 toll this place is saying I have outstanding. I've used this place a few years ago and it was great now I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

The owner really takes pride in providing you with the best service. I will rent from him again in the future.

Needed a last minute rental for Christmas company as my car needed repair. Great experience from initial phone call to pick up of vehicle. Timely, professional, courteous personal service. Great rate, vehicle in excellent condition. Highly recommend.

Like the Seinfeld episode, they don't seem to understand what a 'reservation' is. They claim that they had the car that I had reserved as of the morning of the reservation, but that the Budget airport location took the car. I said that I would take a different size vehicle. They said that they didn't have another size, or any size available for me. What is the point of a reservation? They then told me that I could change the reservation to pickup the car at BWI, but that it would cost $65 more. When I arrived at the airport, the line was probably 40 people long, and wasn't moving at all.
