Budget Car Rental

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service, rude and snarky employee. Although having a confirmed reservation, and she confirmed it was there....no vehicle. Not today. Not tomorrow. "Maybe" in a couple days but unlikely. Literally said to call a competitor. I called and called 30 minutes before the reservation to verify they have a vehicle. They don't answer the phone. I spoke with multiple people in another country. Waste of time. So glad to have my two young children with me while I attempt to get a vehicle I reserved. I will NEVER utilize Budget for any rentals. This location in particular is horrible and I would highly recommend NOT contacting them.

This location is awful. There's one woman running it (Maddie) and she was not there initially when we went to return our one-way rental truck. One couple ahead of us had been waiting an hour to pick up their rental while Maddie was out "washing trucks." Thankfully, we were still able to turn the truck in on time after she returned, but several days later I saw a charge on my credit card for an extra $120 that made no sense. When I called, I was told that it was a late fee. By Maddie's records, we didn't turn the truck in until 2:30 pm (even though we had actually turned it in before 11:30 am). Maddie refused to refund the money, then gave me a wrong customer service number. I eventually got it straightened out, but avoid this location at all costs.

I guess I can't leave a review with zero stars. I believe the writers for Seinfeld made the rental counter episode after trying to rent a car here. They can take the reservation, but they have zero cars when you arrive. Absolutely useless.

I wish I had the managers name, he was so pleasant when I rented the car! Today I stopped by to extend the reservation and was helped by Maddie. There was a problem with my card pending charges, for some reason I couldn’t pay the card off 🤷‍♀️because charges were “pending”…. Maddie solved the problem with: finesse, kindness and professionalism! I see there are bad reviews… give Budget on Magnolia another chance; perhaps they were under bad management in the past! Thank you, Maddie!

I had made a reservation the day before my travel date. They "called" and left me message saying that they had to cancel my reservation the morning of my travel day because it was less than their 24hr reservation policy. I contacted their customer support. They said they would help and gave me another reservation. As I checked at the front desk, they told me they canceled my reservations again without any notice and said that their customer support representatives do not know what they're doing and needed more training. I will never attempt to give Budget my business
