Budget Car Rental

Not a good experience for me, but not really by fault of any of the employees, some fault on the company for their policies. Employees were pleasant and helpful, but they were unable to help me rent a car for transportation to and from work while the vehicle I own was waiting in line at the shop to be repaired.

I had such an amazing experience here. I am from out of town and the staff took great care of me and my family. The facility was very clean and polished. The staff was very respectful of my time and the car was clean smelling. I definitely recommend this facility to those in need of a car rental. I have rented a few cars in my day and this place definitely impressed me. I will be returning!

I had a great experience ! Wynona was very nice and professional. It was my first time renting a car so I didn't quite know how it goes and she answered all my questions. I will definitely be back.

We booked a car, arrived at their office early in the morning, everything was planned, it was not possible to rent a car, since we did not have a passport, but we had our ID and driver's licenses, the information that a passport was needed was not indicated anywhere, the office did not indicate where exactly this information was indicated and we didn't communicate in the most pleasant way, as a result, the day was ruined, thanks Budget.
