Budget Car Rental

Awful service, went to pickup my mid-size SUV with 4WD or AWD at 11 am and it wasn't ready. Waited over an hour for it to arrive and a chevy Trax pulls in (compact SUV with front wheel drive). No other available cars or the lot, nothing they can do, so I get the keys and it REEKS of cigarette smoke. 👌

Terrible! Rented a car day after thanksgiving and they decided to close at 12:00. Apparently Black Friday is a holiday to them and warrants closing early with no indication on the posted hours. Could have given me a call since I had a reservation.

Do not rent from them! They tried to overcharge me, didn't release my deposit, and it's been weeks of fighting with them to resolve this. Full story: I rented a car for one day from this location, with drop off at another location. Everything went well (I thought). But a few days after returning the car, I received a letter that stated I would be billed $450 for a cleaning fee! I contacted Budget corporate and they looked at the case, said the fee was unnecessary, and dropped it completely. So it was clear that the fee was an unnecessary attempt to get more money out of me. Then, I noticed weeks later that the security deposit was never refunded! It looked odd when they first billed it to me, and was called "Taxable Products and Services" on their receipt. Odd. First of all, I reserved a car for 12 PM. on a Sunday, not knowing they close at 12 PM. Needless to say, it was closed when I arrived. They should not accept a reservation if they aren't going to be open. Second, I made a last-minute reservation for the next day. When I arrived, the person working there was polite, but rushed to get rid of me. Understandably, I was not given the car I reserved. However, the car I was given was filthy inside and out and scratched up. I have been renting from Budget for years. I never received a car this filthy. The attitude of the worker was one of they couldn't care less.

Absolutely terrible service. Told me to be there at noon on Sat and they close at noon. Then my reservation got cancelled and nobody could help me. Then got my car and returned it and didn't receive my full deposit. I took hours cleaning it returned it cleaner than I got it and with the exact same gas miles in it. Can never get ahold of anyone. Will never go through again
