Budget Car Rental

Ridiculous and terrible service. Landed at 4:00, was told via email that Fastbreak would allow us to pick a car from the lot. Went in, was told there were no cars left. Waited close to an hour with no luck. No manager on the property, employees were rude, people before us had waited upwards of 3 hours. Ended up paying $75 for an SUV upgrade, and that car STILL wasn’t ready. Never use this company.

Not great customer service. First no cars available, message was passed with no accountability, remorse or definite timeline. Then a car is ready, i had prepaid insurance but lady in dreads claimed there was none, only for this to pop on as i signed the contract, again no apologies for the oversight. Finally booked a subcompact SuV specifically for the convenience and health issues, however I was issued a sedan without notice. Only discovered as i walk got to the car. Claimed i have been upgraded to classes up to a midcar, but all My points about this not meet my needs fell on deaf ears. The agents can be very dismissive and condescending in their approach, they would call on the next customer, cutting customers off midsentence. We were given a car that had not been cleaned and stunk of weed and cigarette smoke with ash and resin viewable in the drivers seat. When we brought it to their attention, they didn’t care nor did they offer a solution. We returned it the following day bec of tire pressure issues. Also, everyone who works here as not pleasant or knowledgeable nor did they ever smile.

Easy process to pick up the vehicle. No wait time in line. Plenty of employees to help. Was assigned a great brand new vehicle that fit our needs.

DONT.GO.THERE. DONT BE FOOLED! DONT GO! if i could give -0 stars, I would. HUGE LINES, LOTS OF COUNTERS ONLY 2 PEOPLE WORKING, (AND THEY ARE NOT NICE) usually 2 hour wait, the car you rented mostly is not there so they give you another one, I rented, paid upfront and i never get the car I select, this time they gave me a big car that consumes way more fuel that the one I rented, making me spend more with gas on my trip. JUST DONT GO. IVE TRIED A FEW TIMES AND AFTER THIS LAST TIME IM SO DONE. ITS NOT WORTH IT.
