Budget Car Rental

I picked up a Mazda-CX 50 last week and the experience was great! The process times to do the reservation in picking up the car was much faster than the airports in which I rented from previously. The car was right next to the office so there was easy pick up and the car inside was super clean unlike what some review have said these guys did an awesome job! Will rent again soon when needed. Easy, fast, and convenient location near my house!

Guy in the booth knows nothing, not helpful at all. No receipts given. My full deposit was not returned and no explanation was given. The car was absolutely filthy when I received it. Would not ever rent from Budget again.

Worst customer service. Guy there even lied about his name mohammed ali?? Yeah right!! He needs to get a customer service course before dealing with a customer. This is a shame avis/budget. Get a better staff to deal with your customer properly. Shame shame!! Dont go to this location! Waste of your time

Gave me a car whose transmission and brakes did not work within 30 min of receiving the car. The car had troubling stopping and the engine shut off while I was driving on canal st. I had to have them exchange the vehicle and when I returned the new vehicle and asked for a refund for the dangerous vehicle they gave me, they said they could only give me $20… absolutely insane. The lines are always super long, they give international drivers tons of attitude and problems (I’ve observed it on three different occasions) and change the rules about what documentation is needed to get a car every time I’ve gone. Listen to the negative comments and just go to Newport to one of the other rental companies. This location is horrible!
