Budget Car Rental

First car I rented, the USB ports didn’t work. I took it back the next day and traded it for a different vehicle. The lady at the desk said it was obviously my cords that weren’t working. I told her they work just fine when I went to test them in my house. She then huffed and puffed and said that they check everything except the usb ports when checking in a vehicle. She listed off vehicles to trade me for. A Mazda sedan and an SUV was available. When I chose the suv, she pulled it back and said it was just returned so she hadn’t cleaned it yet so I’d have to wait. I changed it to the sedan. Went out to check the usb ports (which worked with the same cords she said were at fault). Went back in and told her it was dirty, smelled, and didn’t have windshield wiper fluid. She kept huffing like

This location has too many excessive fees for location with no commercial passenger air service. Added fees of 10% (concession fees) as well as parking fees recently added by Airport Authority and requires a separate method of payment. Consumer beware. All photos attached taken in December 2025.

I had a car reserved in Vegas yesterday. I showed up and the guy started processing my car. All was going well until the end when I declined all the extra add on insurance. Then "Poof" the guy said my car was no longer available at that time. Just because I did not agree to pay for the extra insurance. I am looking for a lawyer to file a lawsuit with State of Nevada and the FTC. Avoid Budget at all cost.

Female manager at front desk was Horrendously Rude, totally unprofessional, sarcastic, verbally abusive and vindictive! This person wasted almost 3 hours of my time, delaying the very long drive I had ahead of me and obviously throwing my schedule way off. Instead of fixing a minor issue with my prepayed reservation she screwed around, making me wait and finally making a completely new and different reservation, WITHOUT ASKING ME! Charging my card again for the full amount and the deposit! I was given an vehicle upgrade online that she would not honor and after much arguing and calling Budget customer support and this woman refusing to help, I was forced to pay additional amount to get a safe sized vehicle because this woman claimed that the only vehicle available for me was this tiny litt

Absolutely horrible service. Waited 45 minutes for somebody to come back to check my car back in. Then she told me I lied about how long I waited. Horrible manager. I would give minus 10 stars if I could.
