Budget Car Rental

If there was a half a star option, that’s what they’d get! Their advertising text message gives you a pay now option and save 25% however, when reserving the car, there was no place to pay so I figured I’d pay at the counter… Unfortunately, at the counter they tell you you need to use a major credit card to pay for it. I told him that I tried to pre-pay and there was no place to do that and if I’ve been able to, I wouldn’t be running into this problem so now my car is getting fixed from somebody backing into me, and in an effort to have a clean Carfax, we decided to pay cash for the repair so it wouldn’t hurt her insurance either she gave me cash for the repair and cash for the rental… However, now I have no rental thanks to Budget rent a car. Consider yourself warned!

Absolutely wonderful! Arrived 10 minutes after closing and David stayed late to swap out our vehicle which had a problem. He was very kind and helpful! Saved us from having to drive all the way back to Orlando!

We just picked up our car there today (Sunday before noon). The one guy at the counter was inundated! He had people dropping off and picking up. The dropping off had smoked in the car and tried to say he didn’t. The attendant was very respectful and continued to wait on the rest of the people. Two people had just tried to reserve in the morning which meant no cars available as all the ones coming in were not cleaned and ready to go. One guy was so rude to this young man! I just want to commend him on keeping a smile on his face and being polite to us all. I hope he knows that most of us appreciate it!!

The guys who work here are super efficient and friendly. They work hard to get you into a car and on the road quickly. The cars are clean and well maintained.

I used Priceline to secure a $26 a day rate. It was a mystery car! When I got to the location the person at the desk insisted a "Huge Truck" was the Mystery Car! I was very upset not only do I hate trucks but it said mystery CAR ! He then proceeded to pretend he was doing me a Favor by charging me additional $17 raising my original Total which had been originally $63 for the two days and the 26.00 down payment for the insurance that I paid to Priceline, to a total of $83 . I was upset and a little disgusted at their underhanded behavior but I continued with the rental ! Biggest mistake I've ever made! On the evening of the second day I got sick very ill and called in to ask how much more it would cost to extend it for One more day. They insisted on charging me from my 83 dollar balance to
