Budget Car Rental

Had a great experience. Danielle was extra helpful after the was an unexpected issue with the first car I rented. I also witnessed her going above and beyond to make a rental available to someone who had made a reservation but was flying in after the office closed. I found the service to be friendly and helpful.

It was not the best experience I had, but it was still a good experience. Staff was a little uptight at first, but then were cool peeps. They were probably frustrated about something but knew not to take it out on the customers. Prices were great, but be careful with the "hidden" fees that can transpire later. Also, make sure you check with your insurance that they cover rentals or that you buy a temporary one from a third-party before you go because if not, they will charge you for their insurance, and it's much pricier. Oh, and they are not located at the airport, so keep that in mind. They do have shuttle that picks you up and dos you off during their business hours... and you can return it at the hotel across the street from the airport after hours, but take photos before you leave the

this place in McAllen by the airport is the most ghetto place u can rent from. I reserved my car online and u have an option to get the insurance or not. Once I went to pick up my rental they told me that the cars could not leave the lot without insurance and they made me pay an additional 24 bucks. when u went to my car the bumper was falling off. the windshield had chips and nothing was documented in the paper work then they tell me that it had a full tank of gas and it only had half a tank. My advice is go somewhere else to rent a car

First time renting a vehicle and I love it all the price, customer service,the process everything.i recommended it 100 percent.
