Budget Car Rental

Waited in line for over an hour to get a car. No apologies. No smiles. Seemingly little concern. All other rental companies were moving folks in and out expeditiously. Budget only company way backed up and unhappy agent.

I’ve rented from Budget on multiple occasions and each time has been great. I’ve been fortunate enough to get new cars or suvs each time and the service has been flawless! I will definitely continue to give them my business.

I have rented twice from Budget Rental/Memphis Airport and am renting again this coming weekend Oct. 31-Nov. 2nd. They are by far the best rental agency I have come in contact. The staff is always courteous and helpful. They greet and smile when they see you and only ask if you have any questions. I had to extend my previous rental and were so kind and pleasant on the phone and had no problem filling my extended request. I would definitely highly recommend this location.

My car was dropped off over an hour earlier than it was supposed to be but the person checking it in didn’t check it in for over an hour AFTER my check in time therefore charging me for another day. When contacted we were advised that our issue will need to “go up the chain, which will take a few weeks”. So my card is being charged twice as much as it should be because YOUR employee didn’t do his job and I now have to fight to get my money back. Do NOT use such a crooked company

Customer service was well. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. I had no issues or problems getting my rental, really was in and out in seconds. I hate I don’t remember the employees names because they deserve to be recognized. Rental car was in perfect condition, loved the rental so much I didn’t want to return it jk :) but I really enjoyed it that much! I will continue to rent with Budget in the future.
