Absolutely terrible experience with Budget Rent A Car. I rented a car from the Reagan Airport location and returned it the same day to the Manchester, NH location. Somehow, Budget decided to charge me for NINE DAYS instead. Completely unacceptable. Trying to fix this has been a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone at the physical locations — it’s like they don’t exist. Customer service was just as useless: endless transfers, no real help, and zero accountability. They acknowledge nothing and solve nothing. This feels less like a mistake and more like a company hoping customers won’t notice being overcharged. BEST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!! Mike and his team are great! I was stuck, and they got me in a rental last minute during the holidays that suited all my needs! Best price. Clean, well maintained vehicle. Fantastic customer service. 10 out of 10 will be back to this location to rent again!!

Mike and the staff at the Nashua Budget office were so polite, friendly, and professional. After comparing all the local competitors, no one could beat Budget's value and convenience. We loved our SUV for our MA-NY-MA road trip- clean, comfortable, and ran perfectly. Check-out and return were seamless, and the whole experience was stress-free. I'm honestly shocked by the quality of this place. Not only was the car I was given unsafe to drive, violently shaking at speeds over 30mph with faulty sensors going off every few seconds, and not only did it reek of cigarettes inside, but then they have the audacity to call me the next day being incredibly disrespectful on the phone, then the manager starts texting me after not to understand what happened, not to try and remedy the situation, but to harass me further. If you need a car and you're in the area, go to the airport, these people will without a doubt disappoint you and possibly worse. You'll save a lot of time just going to the airport anyway.

I was in a serious accident on the highway with my wife and very upset minor son. Being 1.5 hours away from home, it was looking like we were stranded until Budget agreed to stay open late for us. When we arrived in the tow truck there was a warm vehicle waiting. Mike even gave my son some football cards which brightened his night. Top-notch service and a soothing voice during a difficult time. A+
