Budget Car Rental

Came midday on a weekday during fall leaf/apple picking season, and had the best rental car experience of my life. I was driving off in the exact vehicle I had requested in less than 5 minutes. Tasha at the desk was so incredibly helpful, welcoming and efficient, really doesn’t get any better than this… can I rent all my cars from here in the future? I’m looking at you, CLT…

You have to go to the Stewart airport and talk face to face to the agent. She was super helpful. When I called the Budget office several times, i had difficulty understanding their thick accents and a couple were rude that i hung up. Go talk to an agent in person, they are very helpful.

Had a flight get delayed coming in to Newburgh. We called ahead to let them know and was told they had multiple customers on flight and would be waiting for us to land. When we go there there was no one and customer service basically said too bad try again in the am. If you fly into Newburgh after 6p you won't get a rental car. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

***edit/update : they did ABSOLUTELY nothing helpful to resolve my issue . All that happened was me or my husband emailing a bunch of people who claimed they created a case to find the carseat . One manager had the nerve to mention that they rent car seats too so it may have gotten mixed up with that . With such a company you would thing they have an inventory system that could flag when something didnt belong to them . APPARENTLY NOT!!! Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy company !! Will never use their service and would never recomment them to anyone ! Very Dishonest !!
