Budget Car Rental

I don’t know why the rating is so low — my experience was great! There was no line, and Rodrigo helped me right away. He explained how to use the car (which I hadn’t tried before) and was very understanding since I was with my baby. Everything was super polite and fast!

The 10/10 rating Alessandro, my husband, and myself gave is due to the excellent service we received at Budget, Miami North Beach. Rodrigo, the responsible person of the branch, went above and beyond to help us. He was very professional and genuinely willing to assist. The car was brand new, and we even received an upgrade. If I ever travel to Miami again, I will go to that specific Budget branch to deal with him. We rent cars quite often, and I can confidently say this was the best experience we've ever had, both in the US and in Italy.

Extremely rude, unprofessional staff. The person that called me today was disgusting, stated he would give me no discounts although they falsely advertised an electric vehicle and then had none. Stay away from this company unless you want to be ripped off.

I have been using this location for years. Rodrigo who is there full time is a gentlemen and very accommodating. Roger who is there two days is also a pleasure. The rental price of this location is the lowest. I go through Costco for my rental. Also, the ease of renting and returning makes this location my go to place. Rodrigo works hard to accommodate my preference for a car. He makes an exchange easy. I have recommend friends to this location and have all been satisfied. Thank you, Rodrigo and Roger.

Had a fantastic experience with Rodrigo. I was there at 8am and rodrigo was ready with my car. All the paperwork was quickly processed and he gave me great advice. I got a Chrysler Pacifica hybrid which was an amazing car with great mileage (first time in a hybrid). Sometimes I felt like the range was going up 😂 . It felt like dealing with an old friend, not a salesman. I would highly recommend using this Budget and asking for Rodrigo.
