Choose this place only if you are okay with ruining your travel plans. I reserved and paid for an 8 seater SUV 3 weeks in advance. The morning we were going out of town, I go to pick up the car and was told sorry we don’t have to car you reserved but can instead offer you a minivan (who wants a minivan). I argued for a few minutes and the person named Arnold checked and said they have one at Burbank so I can go pick it up there. So I spent more money on Uber to go to Burbank and wait there an hour in line, and find out they have no cars at all!!!! I then go back to this location again , more Uber charges and now after 2.5 hours of BS, I just agree for the minivan. Arnold agrees to take care of this and adjust the price and reimburse for Uber and all. Now over a month later, I am still wait

I was so happy. I got the cutest black sports car. The weather was great, and everyone admired my vehicle. It was very economical prices. I will use them again and again. Thank you for getting me such a cute little car. I will return. 😀

Rented a car from here from Monday- Thursday. I decided that I was going to keep it a little longer so I called to see how much it would cost. It's an automated system and it gave me something like $70 to return the car later that day so I figured for that price I might as well just return in the next day. I changed the date and time of the return and it told me it would be an extra $70 something and I chose to drop it off at 6pm because my work doesn't close until 5:30. The system accepted the extension and I thought that was that. When I go to drop off the car, the place was already closed. Why does the automated system allow me to pick 6pm for drop off if they aren't going to be open? They ended up charging me for 2 full extra days even though it's their fault I couldn't return the car

First we reserved a car at Budget Tarzana. There were no cars available. So we were asked to wait for infinite longer because they were not sure when will they get the cars returned. So we changed our pickup location to Reseda. We had a premium car booked but the guy there gave as intermediate SUV saying its higher priced. But he was wrong. Intermediate SUV comes at lower price than premium car. We still took the car because we were getting late. The car was smelling really bad. And while returning the car, he did the inspection without informing us and came up with a scratch on windshield and filed a report. DO NOT book car from this place or budget. I had a worst experience ever.
