Went to pick up my car and I input he wrong day, I asked to pick it up today and they said it would be 100$ more to pick it up. So I went outside and booked what I wanted for 50$ cheaper. Went back inside and she said she did not have a car. Once she finally agreed that she had one I went to the car that looked as if there was poop on the front seat and never cleaned. I went back in and told them I wanted another car as this was not clean, she advised that I could clean it myself. I asked if I could go somewhere else to get the car and she called a place that was further then the one I wanted to go to. Eventually I got to go to the one closer as I should and I left. I didn’t know you had to bring paper with you so you can sit on a seat of a rental. I called corporate and they put notes und

Prepaid then got denied when I went to pick up the car. Got a number for their call center. The systems were down. Now I've paid for a vacation that I can't even make it to. Bad business. Rent from anywhere else.

I had a very pleasant experience with budget, i didnt know i needed a credit card for a deposit or they would run my credit. I was helped by a great employee at the mall named Quita. She made a suggestion and it helped with my situation. She was very polite and informative. I got a Toyota Camry nice clean car. My overall experience was good
