Budget Car Rental

After the day we’ve had with this budget I have no idea how they have a 4 star rating. My husband booked a car for a specific price online and when we were 1 minute away they called and said they don’t have that car in stock and the only other option is an upgrade for more money. We had two baby boys with us and had just got done driving an hour already and the man inside was sneering, snickering, & laughing in my husbands face while my husband had customer service on the phone telling this man that they have the car actively listed as available through their website. We left, drive 1 mile down the road to Enterprise and had an AMAZING experience getting the exact same vehicle from them in half the amount of time.

Would definitely have given a higher review if Dante was the only person being rated. He makes sure to take care of the customers wants and hears you out. He makes sure to make you want to come back. He knows how to talk to people, he's approachable and personable. I spend ALOT OF MONEY renting cars. I've NEVER complained about how funky or dirty a car was, I just go wash it and make sure to wash it prior to bringing it back. I've gotten vehicles that needed a oil change, the vehicle im in now all kind of lights are on and the gas gauges dont match. I didn't appreciate being accused of smoking in the car ONLY WHEN MY HUSBAND WAS WITH ME. The first time I got a so called warning about the smell of weed was because my husband was with me. But then the vehicle I picked up HAD WEED IN IT!!!! A

I was very disappointed with my experience. Was in 5 vehicles over the course of 3 days and 4 of the vehicles did not have oil. Car that was requested was not available. Put me in a jeep grand cherokee that had a check engine light on immediately. After that i was given a chevy blazer that was fine until i realized it didnt have oil. Called the location and said they did change the oil so i reset the indicator in the car after they told me too. Two hours later the check engine light showed up when i was already in the middle of my trip. Ended up stranded at Joplin Airport in Missouri that your customer service agent told me to go to get a new vehicle and could not get one. Also was initially told to keep driving vehicle even though it had problems. Once I was refused and got angry with the

I love renting from this place. The boss man is extremely helpful and the prices can't be beat.

I recently rented a car for a trip up north and was super impressed with the professionalism of Dante, the manager. I made a few mistakes when I booked my reservation. Dante corrected them with ease. I definitely will be using Budget rental for my future trips Again, Budget delivers!! Dante and Raphael are awesome 👌 👏 great customer service! anyone else
