Horrible service. The lady at the front desk was snappy and very rude to me in which she even apologized for because even she knew she was being rude. Extremely unprofessional. She barked at me that “NOPE! We can’t take a debit card with an out of state license.” 2 or 3 times and then gave a half hearted sorry when I looked at her like she was crazy for talking to a customer that way ESPECIALLY SINCE NOBODY MENTIONED THAT POLICY TO ME until I already got and uber over here. There was a small sign on the table after I sat down. So I’m here, with the money but still without a car. But i have never had someone so unprofessional and naturally rude provide any kind of service to me. Ridiculous. Grow up lady. And WAIT! We booked through Budget online for a RAV 4 or equivalent on Friday. The services were swift and easy. Made an online payment and was here to collect our car at 4:55 pm (closes at 5pm) when I realized as a Provisional driver I cannot rent a car. Had to rent under my wife (BDL). I called the online customer care (very difficult to reach and finally after several attempts was able to reach them ) to cancel my previous booking and create a new booking. Although the store was physically open the online customer service representative was unable to create a booking (5:10pm). We were saved and our trip was enjoyable only because of Ms. ILEANA CASTELLANOS who was stationed here and is a customer service representative. The truck was driven from Sac to LA on a full tank and was empty on a 4 hour. I noticed that the oil gauge was below normal. As a result of less oil the truck ran a little hot and burned way more gas. Make sure you check that the vehicle has been maintenance before you rent it kindly.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service!!! I will never go there again!! I booked a car months ago, and called to check the underage fee since I'm not 25 yet. They told me the fee is 14.99 per day, which I free acceptable so booked the car. I made a reservation for picking up the car at 7:30am. However, when I arrived at 8:00, there's still no cleaned car for me to drive. And the representative said the underage fee is over $27 per day!! I said your people confirmed with me about the fee. And they replied 27 dollars is the fee and there's nothing they can do to change it. I ask the manager to talk to me, but her attitude was even worse. I had the worst ever experience with the rentals at this location. I got a car which is shaking and vibrating even at 50-55 mph and i cant even change the car on my way because its a sunday and severe weather. On top of it they simply took off my money by charging an extra day for dropping the car just an hour late (instead of charging for the extra hour as they said) and they simply said, "we cant do anything with that" . I have been using the rental cars from Avis and budget for long time but i never had this kind of worst experience. Guys there are many other rental car agencies around this location and i suggest you to be aware of the above situation before you choose this location. Thank you.
