Budget Car Rental

Budget rented to a person who hit my car two weeks ago and I am still chasing Budget for this claim. After the accident I had to track down the Budget office where the car originated, then the Budget office where the car was rented. I used this to file a report with the insurance company owned by Budget. At every step of the way Budget staff tried to avoid giving me answers, telling me it was a different Budget Office or an Avis office that was responsible or saying they didn’t know the answer. Budget you need to train your people and take accountability for your customers who crash into other people. Budget should be chasing me down to solve this problem not the other way around.

When I need a car for work, Budget is my go to! Especially the office at the Pocatello Airport. They will hook you up!

The car was great, but check your car. I found a bag of Marijuana & vape cartridges under the seat, would of been hard to explane to the police. The service desk guy laughed about it.

Worst experience ever! They are crooks! Double charged me and gave me the worst customer service I have ever had! $1025 total for a week car rental when it was suppose to be $380 (after my credit) I was owed a credit from previous mistake. They still refused to fix the charge and told me to deal with my bank! Mind you I had messages and pictures from their own employees confirming the credit and that there was a mistake but he didn’t know how to fix it. Took it to my bank and the car rental place still denied my claim. So I paid over $1000 for a stupid rental car. THEY SUCK DO NOT USE

Never again Budget. Not sure your staff could be less helpful. Why would any of your vehicles in your lot not have current registration? Counter hours 10pm to 11pm, really? Better update your automated system. Dropping keys and contract in a drop in the early morning is so unusual, not. Again your automated system should be updated. Then when you finally speak to a human perhaps they should know that Avis pretty much handles your rentals at Pocatello Airport.
