Great service, very quick and efficient, the staff is friendly and professional. I did have a tire issue, didn't know that was common with this location, I did pay a fee for the tire repair but i think that comes with using the vehicle. It could happen in any vehicle, anywhere, and it only happen one time. Phone service for roadside help was quick and efficient. I rent from them all the time and i will continue to. Way better than going to the airport where they have extremely long lines and you have to go through a FBI background check.
Had a swift rental process. Brendon was super helpful and I got my car in less than 20 minutes. Thank you!
Be sure to get a receipt at car return. Don't accept an emailed only receipt. They added a fuel charge to my rental after returning the car full. The local staff was wonderful however the phone support staff flat out lied to me when I was assured the charge was removed. Too many rental companies to ever rent from Budget again.
The lady working here was awesome. She was working alone answering calls and such, yet she took the time to call us back. She was very thorough with the entire rental process and explained the car in great details. Overall we had an awesome experience and would recommend renting with Budget Car Rental at Meadowood Mall.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. We had our car in the shop and decided to rent a car for the two days it was being repaired. We drove it from the mall to our home in south Reno. We did no off roading. We hit no curbs. For the two days we had it we drove a whopping 45 miles. We returned the car to their lot as we were instructed. NO ONE CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE CAR WHEN WE RETURNED IT. A month later we receive a notice that we have been charged an additional $115 for tire damage. That was impossible. We barely drove the car and certainly didn’t sustain any road damage. We tried to dispute the charge with our credit card company but lost, of course cause budget provided the company with tons of documents showing we had rented the car. But nothing that showed we had dama
