Budget Car Rental

Rented from this location multiple times a they always try and sure me and my family have the proper vehicle to fit our needs. Jermaine and Raj are excellent to work with, cars always clean and ready to go. My only complaint is related to online bookings aren’t always accurate on inventory but they always get me squared away even if what I selected isn’t available.

ALERT!!! Scammers through and through. Just look at all the other reviews as well. Pattern of scamming customers to inflate their numbers. Do NOT rent from them. You will fall into the scam no matter what you do to prevent it. Warning... Danger...Stay away. We were referred by Expedia, so we didn't get to see the reviews before renting. Arrive to pick up the car, and they sat and ate their chinese food, totally ignoring us. The bait $40/day the scam comes when you return the car. They gave us dinged and beat up SUV, so we took pictures before we drove off. They tried to charge us for not filling tank, we had to prove our receipt to corporate to show their deception as they have a pattern throughout this store front. We received a very good deal with Budget Rental Car at The Sanford Orlando International Airport after The Budget Rental on 17-92 Rented out car, We got a great deal plus they put us in a 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid HEV that didn't need to be charged, 57 miles to the gallon! Yeah we couldn't believe it either, We went 450 miles on $34.00 of gas , You can't beat that, We gave them out reservation number and they gave us a little better deal! I showed up exactly at 1 pm today for my reservation for a cargo van. I showed him the confirmation email from Budget with the 1 pm time. He would not help me and repeatedly said, “We close at 1 pm.” WHY would it allow me to make a reservation for 1 pm if they’re closed???? The man…actually the little childish boy that was there was absolutely cold and rude to me. I think I could have literally been dying in front of the store and he would’ve looked at me and said we close at 1. He did not care at all that I could not pick up my rental van. I called and told them I needed to rent a car from Sanford Orlando airport. They quoted me 570$ for Thursday to Thursday and even gave me a confirmation number. When I got to the airport they told me that they rented me a car from sr9. Since I had no way to get there they rented me a car from the airport. 1335.00$ later. Tried to get a refund and got nothing.NEVER AGAIN BUDGET
