Budget Car Rental

We were promised on the website an upgrade. The employee at the desk refused to give us the upgrade. Refused to even try. Was extremely rude. Our rental agreement had both names of my in-laws on it, but refused to let my father-in-law drive drive because they used my mother-in-law's card. Worst customer service ever. It felt like she didnt even want to help us at all. Very poor service.

I have regularly rented cars at this location and have always been very pleased by the convenience and cooperation of the Budget staff. My last experience was truly phenomenal- Danielle helped us out of a serious jam going into a holiday weekend, and saved our vacation. We appreciate the small town, local touch that Danielle brings. The cars are always clean and fully gassed.

I’m a bit late with this review, but I wanted to ensure Danielle at the service counter received the recognition she deserves. Despite the errors I made with my reservation, Danielle went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Her dedication and effort ensured I got my rental car without any hassle. Danielle’s exceptional service truly stood out. She’s the best!

Came into this location for a rental for a family trip. The car that I had received at time of pick up was completely dirty. Bugs all over the windshield and looks like it was never cleaned after the previous renter. This was completely unexceptable. I went back in to the rental location and notified the clerk, and she had apologized and offered to have someone wash the car. I waited for an hour to have the car detailed. The clerk had told me all about this issue with the detail department, explained that this has been an ongoing issue with cars not being cleaned. If this has been an ongoing issue why don't they fix the problem? All I got was sorry and never offered any compensation because I paid online. When someone picks up a car you expect it to be spotless, nice and shiny. Budget you
