Another nightmarish experience that still hasn't been resolved, four different answers from four different employees over a 14-day period, and read the fine print because they have no problem accepting payment from a debit card online and then when you get there your physical address may require a credit card. Some people are a little too responsible to even own a credit card. They're both backed by the FDIC and they're both backed by Visa or MasterCard. If you think that's combing out the responsible people in society that's an illusion. If you want to screen responsible drivers then require someone to have an insurance policy and a valid driver's license. Or cash deposit. Not sure what part of somebody with a $300 credit limit on a credit card account means for you if someone

I returned the car two days before the rental date and no money was refunded and he did not treat me with respect. He said I have to clean the car and vacuum the entire interior. I went and washed the car and cleaned the interior. No money refund. I returned it two days before and no respect was shown when I returned it.

You can’t take the vehicles to multiple states they will decline to rent to you but not inform you during the booking process

I made a reservation online for a rental. Got to location for them to tell me that they only have one truck available, I ask the employee for more info on the truck and she walks, comes back in and doesn’t say anything to me, another customer walks in and she proceeds to rent them the truck that I was inquiring about
