I had a wonderful experience at this location. Needed a car while mine was in the shop. Staff was friendly and very helpful in finding me a car I was comfortable driving. Received a clean car. Rate was great. I would highly recommend this location. I plan to use them again.
The associates are always plesant and kind. I have rented here a few times and the gentleman who worked the desk were always helpful. The place is always clean and the cars are very well kept. They usually have a nice selection of vehicles, suv and cars. Last rental was a 2025 Toyota Camry and it was great on gas. I will continue to rent from this place.
Loved my rental. Rented a Jeep wrangler Sahara. I love that you have unlimited mileage. The service was fine.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Unreasonable Charges We rented a vehicle from Budget Car Rental on a Friday evening at 4:20 PM, with plans to return it on Sunday. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing right from the start. The car was handed over to us in an unclean condition—it hadn’t even been vacuumed. We let it slide due to time constraints. The real issue, however, came during the return. We arrived just a few minutes after 1:00 PM on Sunday, only to discover that this particular location closes earlier than most others. Despite being barely five minutes late, the staff on-site was completely unhelpful and dismissive. After spending time trying to figure out what to do, I contacted Budget’s customer support. Great service. I have rented at this location several times and will continue to do so. They process your rental seamlessly. Budget Management should know that the young man at this location, Solomon, provides great customer service. He is clear, helpful, very nice and there is barely any wait time. Thank you Solomon! Welp- I must say - I reserved a car yesterday for pick up today. Rode a bus for an hour and a half to be told there are no cars and there are 3 ppl ahead of waiting.
