Shortens Clemons was extremely helpful. Very busy here, but she did a fine job of taking care of the clients. The car was great and very comfortable. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot, she placed me in an upgrade. All worked fine. Very pleased.

Sharrika was an absolute pleasure. Professional and efficient. She was able to accommodate an earlier issue and we were in and out with a car in record time. Excellent employee making sure customer service was her first priority. Thank You Sharrika

Chirrecka is the absolute best. She was very patient, kind, and professional. There was a little hiccup with my reservation and Chirrecka ironed it all out wonderfully. This woman deserves a raise!!!!

This location is by far the most filthy, nasty, rude location in the universe. The woman was arrogant, unkempt and used poor language. We had a confirmation but she refused to acknowledge it and clammed up when we asked/begged for help. She is a horrible person to have representing Budget. Yes it is personal when a person acts like this. I left feeling abused and will never ever use budget again based on this one really poor experience. We have used Budget across the US with wonderful experiences until now. Stay away from this location.

Really fast, no waiting, polite, efficient customer service reps. The car was very clean and economical. I will definitely rent from them in the future.
