Excellent Excellent Customer service. Mrs. Rose and Jason are THE BEST. Very professional and try their hardest to satisfy customers. I only rent from this location, and the plus is that it's convenient for me. Thanks for your service, you both are THE BEST

Reserved a car in the morning for pick up at 1:00pm. Got there early and waited in line for 30 min. Only one person working the counter and at least 7 people in line. Once I reached the front they told me they couldn’t honor my reservation because they “ran out of cars.” As I was in line another employee brought at least 3 sets of keys up advising the desk agent they received another return. I asked about all the cars returned while I was in line and the agent told me they didn’t receive any cars. I just left. Waste of time.

Just had the best car rental experience ever. Needed to extend the time of the car rental. Called and spoke with Jason. He was able to do it and under a minute. The total phone call was less than two minutes. Incredible customer service.

Rose (the supervisor) is very professional and helpful, always helping me & other customers as well to secure good deals on rental vehicles. I recommend this location, as well as commend Rose for the quality of service she provided.

Unsafe, Dirty Filthy Vehicles! Trust the stars… this place is poorly rated for good reason. After completing the paperwork, the one guy working said he’ll bring around the vehicle. I heard him in the back washing the car. Okay fine. He brought the car around. It was wet but it was dirty. Okay not good but, still fine. PROB#1 he told me the tire pressure light is on but not to worry it’s just a problem with the sensor and it’s been on for a month. 😲 PROB#2 the interior of the car was not only dirty but grimy. I told the guy I’d like it cleaned OR a vehicle that is clean. He said the car is just old and that they have been renting it like this for years to others. 🤢 He said he had no more vehicles in my class (midsize) but that I could get a SUV instead for an additional $30/day.
