Budget Car Rental

The people were rude first they called and lied and said that they did not have any cars! When I got there they told me that they could not accept my credit card for the first rental that they could only accept it for my second rental! I am grateful that I did not waste God’s money on renting here as I was there an elderly man came back in to get a vehicle change out because the vehicle they gave him tires were bald! I Pray for this company and those rude employees God Bless Jesus loves you!!!

Do not I repeat DO NOT rent a vehicle with Budget. They will try every which way to charge you after the fact. I just had a charge go through my account for $250. They are saying there was pet hair in the vehicle. If I had thought the vehicle was excessively dirty i would have run this vehicle through a car wash myself to avoid any fee's. It was not dirty and it was certainly not $250 dirty. I have spent hours on the phone with this company. I am forced to speak to someone in another country and can hardly understand them. I have already made a reservation with Enterprise for next month. I will never use this company again. Really great experience! Enterprise failed to deliver great service. Didn't have the car I requested. Tried to give me something else bc they don't like their cars going to other states...? Stopped in to get a last minute rental and they were great! Think I'll go here from now on.

Michelle saved mother's day! I want to give a big shout out to Budget and specifically to Michelle! The other big name company really let me down and left me without a vehicle to take 6 people on a trip for mother's day. I prepaid online with budget last minute, after my problem with the other guys. Got my car the morning of without any hassle. I got a great Volvo crossover that only had 944 miles. The process was so smooth and Michelle was super friendly and helpful. Imthis was my first rental car experience and I'm a Budget customer for all my rental needs now! Thanks again Michelle!

rented me an unsafe vehicle when i told them i was going to florida in the van. got to florida and tires had cords sticking out and shredding- could’ve killed all 5 of us. called roadside assist and only solution was i found a tire shop and spent $290 for tires. they refunded rental in full and never reimbursed for tires , said that’s included in the refund rental . bad business… make it right !!
