Budget Car Rental

We are highly disappointed with Budget car rental because an incoming reservation was placed a month ago. Today, a week before my family vacation, I received a call from the budget office saying that they don’t have an eight-passenger-seat vehicle for me after me giving them a call every other week to make sure they are going to get me one one lady said that we are allset them another guy asking for more money and said that they are not guarantee in me a a passenger vehicle and that I will need to pay an additional 600 dollars. They said if I don’t pay it, I can go somewhere else what a bad customer service. My family has been planning this for a year now. They were supposed to have a van for me at 12:30 pm, charged my card for it and did not have the van. So now I’m out 600 bucks for 3-5 days and unable to get about rental because i need that money to do so. Did nothing to accommodate THEIR mistake.

I rented a vehicle from Budget for a few days for work. I selected an electric vehicle and was given an SUV that was not electric. The SUV had a large crack in the windshield as I picked it up. I questioned the safety of the vehicle and was assured it was ok. They told me they noted the damage. When I dropped off the vehicle I confirmed that this had been noted. Now two weeks later I get a bill for the windshield? This place is a scam. They may seem cheap, but they end up being way more expensive. I highly recommend Enterprise. They are a little bit more, but won't try to scam you with damage.

Excellent service, clean cars and very helpful staff. Anastasia was very certious and welcoming over the phone and in person. Highly recommend this location.

Very helpful and curious. Great prices on rentals. All the cars and trucks I rented were cleaned inside and out. Paperwork was done quickly, a walk around inspection of the car, under 2 mins. After grabbing the keys and go. It doesn't get much easier than that.
