The service was super friendly, efficient, and the price was unbeatable at just $11.50, which is lower than anywhere else I’ve ever been. I’m really upset to be writing this because ive been coming here for a few years for an oil change and emissions testing. I received an oil change a little over a month ago and with the proof of a diagnostics report they did not securely tighten my oil filter which led my car to leak oil over the time since which then caused my motor to blow, i still had 3-4k miles before I needed another. I have tried calling them to file a claim and they refuse to do so saying it’s not there fault even though I have proof from a mechanics shop. I really tried to support local businesses and they were always kind but aren’t willing to take accountability for their negligence and now I’m without a vehicle and any help.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was referred here by an entire family who has trusted the guys at Budget Lube for 10+ years and I understand why. JB and David especially are so helpful, attentive, kind, knowledgeable and treat you like family right off the bat. They're trustworthy and so efficient. Really can't recommend them more. They deserve all the business they can get.
