Budget Truck Rental

Reserved a moving truck on budget's website to be picked up at this location 45 days prior to pickup date. I got my confirmation email and everything on the site said I was good to go. I received a call the night before I was to pick up the truck from the guy running the shop. He said that they didn't have a truck for me to rent and that I would need to call their customer service line if I wanted to change anything on my reservation. I called customer service and was told a manager would call me back within an hour. Two hours later and no call, I called U-Haul who price matched budget and were very nice. I canceled my Budget reservation and will NEVER use them again.

I reserved a truck here over a week in advance, and I show up to pick it up and they say there are NO trucks available. What is even the point of reserving a truck if it’s not available? So we decided to go to Uhaul instead since they actually keep trucks available for their customers. That’s one hour and a half of my life I’ll never get back.

On God - the next Budget employee driving down Robert Neal Durham Road in Bethpage Tennessee at approximately 40mph is getting their tires blown out and a shovel to the neck. There are a lot of kids out here, my nephew was outside but the nincompoop driving must not have seen him. I wouldn't suggest another one of your trucks come out this way again period.

We reserved a truck and we called for the address and never gave us a freaken address they just stole our card number just don't use this company.
