Budget Truck Rental

Last Saturday, I rented a truck from the Bechtle Ave. Budget Truck Rental in Springfield, Ohio. The ladies working were fabulous! There were a couple of minor issues - none were their fault - and they not only made them right, they went above and beyond. I appreciate so much how hard they worked, how kind they were, and how smoothly things went. A+ Ladies (Faith S.)

If you like surprises on the day of your move, paying extra charges that aren't valid, spending hours of wasted time and dealing with terrible customer service, this is the right company for you! I reserved a truck on May 11 for May 18 to move from Ohio to PA. This was a huge move for my family and one that was time sensitive. On the day of my reservation, one hour before I was supposed to pick it up, they called to let me know they messed up and didn't have the truck I reserved available. They offered no help. Thankfully uhaul was available to save the day. It is now a few days after my reservation and they have charged me $75 for a cancel fee, for a reservation they did not fulfill. The branch owner was unapologetic about the situation saying she cancelled it and that she can't help me.

Reserved a truck online for a couple hours, but when I got there they said it was booked for the following day and couldn’t help in anyway.

All I'm going to say is check your truck before you leave. Watch how much they charge your card before you even get where you are going. They take more then they do and will not refund your money.

This is the best place to rent a moving truck in Springfield and it is locally owned ! They are kind and considerate and I have highly recommended them to my friends.Keep up the good work !
