Bud's Automatic Laser Car Wash

None of the card readers worked.....not many people use cash and wasn't worth trapping to the atm for a car wash. 1 car wash sale lost and more if they cannot take atm cards.

I understand how busy they were this day, but after 30 minutes in line, I paid for the top level car wash and it barely used any product on my car. I could tell because there was only one vomit looking color coming out of the machine and it did a pretty bad job. Please check the weather and refill your supplies when its is obviously going to be crazy busy.

I am fed up.. I spent $9.00 a week ago to wash my Jeep.. I basically paid $9.00 to get it wet.. I just went again.. paid $15.00 for the ultimate wash.. and it’s still dirty!! WTH?!?! And my Jeep is never real dirty.. I was basically washing off the pollen and some dust .. and it couldn’t handle that?!?! No thanks... I’ll wash my vehicles weekly at home or at another place... 😡😡

As I was unable to locate a way to contact Bud’s directly, I am forced to make my extreme dissatisfaction public. I had to give Bud’s ‘1 Star’ because there was not a lower rating available. My vehicle was quite dirty when I entered the wash bay but was even more so after I exited It. Before the $15 “top-of-the-line” wash, my vehicle had winter’s typical ‘driven in snow and salt’ appearance; after the wash it still had that appearance plus major streaking, smearing and spotting; all the dirt on the windows somehow remained in place; and despite 4 passes of the dryer my vehicle was thoroughly wet. Without a doubt this was the absolute worst car wash I have even seen - and that includes fund-raising car washes put on by elementary school children. I will never return to Bud’s and hope

It was okay and usually does a great job when my wife takes her car through it but I was not impressed when I took my truck through it. Truck was not that dirty, I was just trying to get the dust and rain spots off but did not get the lower half of the truck very well at all. It was better than nothing but expected more.
