Bud's Service Center and 24 Hour Towing

I've taken my vehicles to Bud's for a couple of years now and they are now my first call. I was stranded and needed a tow in freezing temperatures and Cameron came to the rescue. Craig has always been a straight shooter with my car issues and communicates in a timely manner. I recommend this business.

My wife had akittle misshapen and we needed a tow out of tge ditch because the truck was not drivable we called Buds and where treated with nothing but respect they where there fast and where very professional the driver even calmed my wife down after this place is top notch and there equipment is very state of the art. Stress-Free Towing! My insurance got me in touch with Bud's Towing, and they arrived at the scene when I needed them. The driver, Cameron, was excellent. He quickly secured my car onto his truck, showcasing his 7 years of experience. He called when he arrived at the mechanic's shop. I also followed up with the mechanic, and they said all was well with the vehicle. What could have been stressful was stress-free.

Don’t recommend going here even if it’s your last option. I had my car taken here after it broke down on the side of the road. They called me the next day and told me the problem with my car was the fuel pump apparently, so they then proceeded to charge me $1350 to replace it and that included a $100 tow also, I pay it then get my car back and not even two hours later my cars broke down on the side of the road again, I call them and the guy on the other side of the phone works for the tow side of the company and he's very inconsiderate and rude about the situation, no help at all, so I get to pay them another $100 for them to tow my car back to my apartment that they just “fixed” for $1350, then finally the owner gives me a call on Monday and says the fuel pump has a warranty so he wants m

They charged me $1100 dollars for a fuel tank and I definitely told him what was exactly wrong with my truck and it was never fixed. And after I told him to ride with me and check out the noise and how it was bogging down he still didn't want to make it right. And my truck broke down a hour from his shop his shop they are just money hungry and will tell you lies just to take your money be careful
