Bud's Wrecker - Battle Creek

Car broke down 150 miles away from our destination. I called 6am Thanksgiving morning. Pro: -The dispatchers were kind. -They were willing to tow and give a 150 mile ride for $300 less than the quote from my car insurance. -The tow driver was nice as well. Con: This is minor, but they arrived 5-10 minutes late, which isn't bad at all.

Highly recommend! A worker named Anthony stopped and helped my twins and I. I couldn’t have been more grateful for his service! He was quick and caring about the situation! Thank you so much!

Don’t use this company, honestly one of my worst experiences ever. After being in an accident if PD offers these guys refuse. If they get ahold of your car/truck/motorcycle you can guarantee there’ll be 3x more damage by the time it hits their yard. If your cars questionably repairable give it to them and they’ll ensure it’s a total loss. Their job is to get the car out of the road or wherever it is and get it to the lot to overcharge you, they’ll have absolutely zero care as to how that’s done even if it means causing a bunch of extra damage. Read the other countless negative reviews, you’ll quickly realize they’re a bad choice.

They got to pick up location quick and hitched a ride with them back home at the drop off location. No hassle and got the job done with ease.

They are scam , I don’t recommend for anyone, I got break down in Marshall Loves towed to D&K truck INC, they said it’s 175$ per hour total would be 865$ but they charge me 275$ per hour.
