Tyler, the service manager and Ricky one of the mechanics were so incredibly helpful at my appointment. I was late for my oil change because of the snowstorm and they were so kind to still see me and even helped me navigate some of my car features after the appointment! Super warm and friendly! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

2 plus hours wait after making an appointment for oil change. No diagnostic. Noting complicated A diy can do this in less than an hour The service tech said 1 to 1.5 at the time of check in and then after 2 hours of waiting for fed up and went to the desk the service guy was on lunch break when my car finally pulled up. Had another person do the check out. Just plain incompetent and poor customer service.

I purchased a car from Buerkle Hyundai not long ago and it was an all around great experience. I had many questions and none of those went unanswered thanks to Whitney M. I wasn't sure about what kind of car I should buy and she ended up getting me into the perfect fit for myself and family.

Was passing through Twin Cities from Wisconsin when my injector failed in severe weather. hyundai’s staff, especially Adam, went above and beyond to get the parts and get me back on the road the same day. They didn’t have to help me but they did and they deserve 6th star.
