Buffalo Ford Service Center

I recently had my truck serviced because of recall for a rear axle replacement. Some folks freak out when their vehicle gets a recall, but it costs nothing and it makes my truck safer. This time, they picked the truck at 10:00 and returned it by 2:30. I can’t say enough about Buffalo Ford! They are a no drama company. They always exceed my expectations in one way or another. And this isn’t the first or second visit to the dealership. I purchased my first car from them in 2017. Every purchase and subsequent visits to the service center is always smooth as silk!

Tech diagnosed problem quickly, took care of it promptly. Truck is fairly new, puchased there and doing warranty work was easy and efficient.

We received excellent service from Ian, Rob, and the entire service team who worked on our truck. They were clear with communication, even when we adjusted our plans. They gave us options, worked with whatever we decided, and made sure everything was great before we left. We were treated like neighbors, not just an invoice number, and that's better than we've had at other places... That's why we'll be back!

Had a recall for my backup camera on my 2015 F350. I brought it in there and to my surprise camera still doesn’t work. Talked with the mechanic and he said there’s a connection issue somewhere in the wiring. He told me all they were doing was covering the recall which is replacing the camera. I was kind of shocked they didn’t troubleshoot why it was still broke. the mechanic said all he did was plug it in and that was it. I could’ve done that!!! I had to have somebody pick me up there and take me back when it was done. They told me it would be around three hours. It was around 30 min. The people I have dealt with on this issue were very polite. I was just surprised by the end result.

I had an electrical issue that caused a “trailer disconnected” message to appear on the panel and affected the turn signals. The staff in the Morrie’s service department was great to work with. It did take about a week to get the part, but I was given realistic expectations and the communication was very good. I especially like the video that I was sent from the technician that worked on my truck. Overall I am very happy with the service and the problem is gone.
