Just had Issac rescue us from the car wash at the HEB in Georgetown and give us a tow to our mechanic. The vehicle was locked in park and the shifter cable was broken. He was able to manually move it into drive so we could get out of the car wash which helped us and HEB! Isaac was great and provided amazing service from start to finish!

I am SO fortunate that Marcus arrived quickly when I had a collision that totaled my car this week. He was friendly and made sure safety was top priority. He had my car loaded quickly, and gave good directions on where it would be taken. At the lot, Trish helped us retrieve items that were left in the vehicle- twice! The service and response is just excellent at this company- and I am thankful they were there!

1 Star – Predatory and Dishonest This company impounded a fully insured vehicle over a technicality and refused to acknowledge proof of insurance even when presented immediately afterward. We paid $411 out of pocket during the holidays—for a vehicle that never should’ve been towed. When we provided documentation showing the car was covered at the time of the impound, they refused to reimburse or escalate the issue professionally. This wasn’t just an oversight—it was greedy, disrespectful, and borderline fraudulent. I am an active-duty service member, and this experience shows zero support for military families. Their actions directly affected our household stability. Internal Affairs and consumer protection agencies have been notified. If you're military, or anyone with a conscience—avoid

Bulldog towing was very responsive and took all my needs into consideration. Marcus, my driver took such good care of my car. The owner Trish was so sweet when I came to pick up my car from impound and Helped me work with my insurance company

Marcus Martinez, the driver was amazing. He was fast, thorough and very supportive when I was in a bad situation. He took very good care of me and got my truck taken care of. I appreciate him very much.
