Had Bullet Automotive work on my 2000 Honda S2000. I am the original owner and I won’t just let any shop work on it. I had an exhaust leak and the motor is built so they had to remove the turbo get to the exhaust manifold take that off and re-weld it. No more exhaust leak! They got the job done quickly, and the final bill was a very fair price. I highly recommend them for any work you need!

This company does stand by their work. After over paying them to replace lifer phasers, I had an oil leak in the right valve cover. The left valve cover was replaced during the phaser work. Took it back to them and they wanted $795 more to replace it. $555 of that was labor. I only drove the vehicle 400 miles between visits and they refused to warranty their work. It’s pretty clear to me that they should Have replaced the right valve cover while the engine was tore down. Instead, they installed the original valve cover Without inspecting it properly, or they cracked it when they were torque it down to install. The manager Brandon did call and after arguing with me about it for a few minutes did offer to reduce half the labor. Totally unacceptable.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and I believe they are Great Mechanics. We have taken both our viechles to this location. One for basic tune up with oil change and the other for an electric issue that needed a professional to diagnose. Both vehicles were done in a timely manner and the electric issue was fixed on my 24+ yo vehicle that I have done 90% of all the maintenance on.

Took my F-150 in for a new Engine. Their inspection was detailed and easy to understand. Brandon up front was patient and answered and questions I had regarding the work. Great communication The Mechanics there know what they are doing. If you want it done correctly the first time, don’t go anywhere else.

Took my car here for a full inspection and an oil change. The service technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful during my time there. The mechanics did a great job and I will continue to take my car here for future service!
