Rude! Arrogant. I called Ricky for 5 days straight? He finally called me back. He stated he could come on Tuesday. I took a day off? No show! No call! He called me 3 days later? He forgot???? He asked to come on Saturday? I was going to go with family to the beach? I stayed home? No call no show? This guy is a joke! Don’t waste your time! My co worker had the same issue. Ricky, people work for a living!

A consummate pro. Ricky did incredible work on a spot that others said they couldn’t do, the shop said it would require a new bumper altogether. He fixed it. It was fast and it looks great. 100 % satisfied with the job done. Fair price too!

Ricky is awesome. He has fixed our cars for years, and years before us, he has been taking care of our neighbors. His work is impeccable, and his prices are very reasonable. Scratches, dents and repairs come out looking good as new, and his work has lasted through many years without any issues. He comes to our house and works magic every time we scrape the wall or the trash cans. He has worked on 3 of our cars, and one car was a lease that we turned in a year after he had repaired it, and the dealer had no issue with the repair, and they are the ones that really know what to look for so they can add charges. I have recommended him to multiple people as I truly believe in his work and his guarantee to fix things right.

Ricky at Bumper Solutions, is the most consummate professional, everything he does is meticulous and serves to deliver the best experience you can have. He takes the time to do things, right and boy does he do them right. Ricky is an artist. There’s no one out there like him when it comes to the quality of work he does. I can’t recommend him enough. I’ve used Bunper Solutions on multiple occasions he’s the best. Do you want to know what separates him from others that do the same thing? He cares about overspray, he cares about blending, he cares about color matching he cares about your time. Not everyone does. I speak from experience.

Steer clear of Ricky and Bumper Solutions! I used him recently to fix a dent in my front fender. I sent him photos of the damage and he gave me a quote of $450 to $500. I assumed that would be the price. He came to my house, did the work and then only upon completion of the work did he mention he was going to charge me $650 instead! If the price was different from what he quoted me, than he should have mentioned that before beginning the work. Upon completion of the work, he also said he would return the following week to buff out the area he had painted. When I texted him to let him know that I felt he had been deceptive in raising his price without letting me, know prior to beginning work, he offered to refund me $200 (to bring the price back down to what he had originally quoted
