Wonderful experience! I took my car in for a issue. They figured it out right away. They had to wait on a part, so they could not get it done the same day. The next day they were closing at 12, however they talked to me and I needed the car for work. The mechanic stayed an hour over and finished it for me. Their price was reasonable.

Told me they'd look at my car Tuesday and it stayed around until Friday and only bothered looking after I called them multiple times throughout the week and told me they would call me once it's been looked at. After then having to call them again to ask what the diagnosis was the guy that looked at it had left for the weekend already (meaning they looked at it then didn't call me like they said they would?) I then called back Monday and they still could not give me an answer but they refuse to work on my vehicle and said they'd call me back which they have not. Wasted a valuable week and a ton of money on Uber while my car was just sitting under the bridge getting covered in bird poop. Took the vehicle back, I'll just do it myself. People are nice but I don't recommend.

A friend of mine recently took they're Mini Cooper here to get a head gasket repaired but was told needed an engine instead. Had engine installed and after picking it up, check engine light was on, and vehicle was not running right. Charged my friend over $5k in parts and labor and the vehicle STILL is not running right. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

I had an issue with my brake lines. Bumper to Bumper is certified to do brake line work. Dale and his crew got me back on the road in a very timely manner. Any vehicle issues I have in the future, Bumper to Bumper will be the first I will call. Thank you!!

I had to get a steel hydraulic line repaired at work today. I brought it into these fine folks and they were able to get it repaired within 3-4 hours of me dropping it off. They called me as soon as it was done. I was quite impressed with the repair and customer service. The repaired line was a quarter inch too long but that is the nature of the beast when working with ridgid line. They fixed it on the spot and I came away a very satisfied customer.
