Will not replace a battery that I have to jump start twice a week . There test says it good.Have 3year replacement .Have had it less than a year but won’t replace it says that is mangers call and he is never there.

In the last couple of years, when I needed a new battery or windshield wipers, I was told by the auto parts stores that they no longer helped customers with those type issues. I stopped by the Hot Spgs Airport Road B2B store for boat spark plugs & wiper blades for my car & Griff had my new blades on my car before I could assure him that I could do that for myself. He says that they should always help the customers... thank you!!!

Airport Rd B2B is the go to store in the Hot Springs area! The staff is very knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile to get you the parts you need in a timely manner, and all with a positive attitude. You can just tell that they are car people and care about their customers. The manager is at the top of his class! He has bent over backwards to get me some hard to find parts. I am a heavy equipment mechanic for a plant in the mining industry and this store is a huge asset in keeping our equipment and vehicles running to operate our plant. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Had a battery emergency today and Griff went Above and Beyond to install them. The man deserves a raise!! Definitely recommend them for your automotive parts.

The store manager's customer service was amazing. Very knowledgeable on trouble shooting my car problems. Wonderful experience I will be shopping at this location again.
