After running into issues at the 2 other parts stores where I couldn’t get help or parts ordered correctly, Rae Ann went above and beyond. She took the time to actually listen, helped me modify a radiator to fit my vehicle, and even hooked me up with merchandise. That kind of effort and care is rare these days. She didn’t rush me, didn’t brush me off, and made sure I left taken care of. Because of Rae Ann, I’ll be coming back to Bumper to Bumper for all my parts needs. That’s real customer service.

The crew at bumper to bumper are a helpful and a friendly bunch. The prices there are much more reasonable then the other parts houses in town. If they don't have a part they will try to order it. When appropriate they will give you the information to purchase the item from someone else. They truly look out for the customers needs.

Needed a battery, they had it in stock. Not what I wanted, but the price was ok. Walmart was out of stock so I came here. Spent more than i would have liked, but it is what it is. Staff was polite and helpful.
