I have used hart for all my needs for the four years I’ve known about him. Mr. Hart is a good, honest, hard working mechanic. I trust him with any work I don’t want to do myself. He is always fairly priced, swift to get repairs done. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. I suggest using him to anyone I can, even if it’s a good drive. I deeply appreciate this man for the hard work he has done. 10000/10. My family brings all of their vehicles, and he always finds the problem and has a good solution.

I generally do all my own work on my truck because 95% of shops either rip you off or do half-a55 work. However, when my JS alternator went out on me a couple weeks ago, I had my back against the wall with my general contracting business, and couldn’t take the time to replace it myself. Had a few folks recommend Hart’s Auto, so I figured I’d take a gamble on them. And wow, they didn’t just meet expectations, they exceeded them by a large margin. Tundra alternators are notoriously difficult to replace, yet Harts had me back on the road within 24 hours and at an unbelievably reasonable price. I won’t say how much it was, but it was a fraction of what I would pay at the dealership, and less than anything other private shops would charge. Well John definitely knows his stuff. We had the battery and alternator checked at Oreillys and they said both were fine which I guess makes sense since we charged it before coming there and said that the battery we bought in February wouldn’t be bad this quick. It was some young guy with a little fuzz on his face. Then I called today to ask could it be the battery being the problem since it’s only 6 months old and the older guy said it’s a possibility but it’s most likely a parasitic drain on the battery somewhere and we have to find that problem. We took it to John and he tested the battery the right way and it was clear that it was the problem. He tested 3 different times after charging just to be sure. Jonathan Hart is extremely knowledgeable and fair. Other automotive repair companies will upsell and overcharge, leaving you on hold, he doesn't. I trust him to do the right thing, making my vehicle safe for my family while not breaking the bank. Thank you Jonathan.

HIGHLY recommend! After towing our truck here because they had a lower quote than the dealership, they ended up discovering it wasn’t what the dealership said was wrong at all, and fixed our truck for $5k LESS than what the dealership was telling us we needed to do. Very communicative and knowledgeable. Will for sure return!
