Had what I needed, but could use better customer service.
Allan and Ed saved me today! I called Bumper to Bumper today in distress after my car wouldn't start. Allan answered the phone and agreed to have a battery delivered to me and have it installed. He said they don't usually do this and would have Ed bring the battery to me. Ed showed up, removed the old battery, and installed the new one! Ed was friendly, helpful, and quick! I really appreciate that they went out of their way for me!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Really disappointed about how they work the warranty on they car batteries, battery warranty only available if you keep your original receive, they supposed to have a system like other places, I’ll not shop in this store any more!!!
Very good store. Very helpful, and convenient location for me. Never have to wait long to get in and out, with what you need.
Best auto parts store in town. Personable, friendly and helpful as well as knowledgable!
