I went to three different body shops in Oakland Park to get a quote for my bumper, and every single one of them tried to charge me a ridiculous amount. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a girl. Then I found BumperDoc, and the experience was completely different. They gave me a fair and reasonable price right away, and they fixed my bumper quickly. The owner was incredibly sweet and genuinely caring. When I dropped off my car, she even offered to drive me home. You do not see that kind of kindness anymore. Their customer service and quality of work really stand out. They have definitely earned a customer for life. If I could give them 20 stars, I would. I highly recommend BumperDoc to anyone who wants honest work without the nonsense.

Doing business with Bumper Doc was absolutely delightful. We had a major rear bumper repair performed by their boy shop personnel that was done perfectly in short order. We basically pulled in and received an on the spot estimate from Karla, the owner, that was professional and honestly explained. She ordered the necessary materials for the repair and called me back the next day and they completed the repair in a few hours. We could not be more pleased. I would recommend BumperDoc to everyone!
