Burback Motors Inc

The holy grail of Mercedes in the heart of Portland. These guys are amazing and they know anything and everything Mercedes! From the classics to modern. They did an amazing and very honest job for me on my older Mercedes. I couldn't be happier and provide a glowing recommendation.

Took my Mercedes here a couple of months ago because the gas door actuator had broken and wouldn’t open. The told me to come in immediately, and they resolved the issue same day — even rushed a part up from Beaverton to get my issue fixed quickly. Friendly, fair, and great service. I’ll be taking my car here from now on.

Apparently an old 1950 Hudson, was randomly in the opening door of the German automotive mechanic shop, Burback Motors, in Southeast Portland. I briefly visited the shop, a couple of days ago and talked to the original husband and wife owners. Our grandfather, [our mother's father] had the same identical car in the mid-to late 1940s. I have photographs of it with the family standing in front of it

Burback is the real deal of auto shops. I have exclusively taken my Mercedes wagon there for the past couple years and they consistently are truthful, quick, and friendly. They help me solve my problem + anticipate my needs as a customer. I appreciate them, and will continue to take my car there!

We called Burback Motors looking for a pre-purchase inspection for an older used BMW we were looking at. They were super nice on the phone and went out of their way to be helpful. We brought the car in and they look one look at it and told us it wasn't worth paying to have them inspect it because they could tell right away it had a number of issues which would likely make it expensive to own. Grateful to them for their professionalism and for saving us from making an expensive mistake. Highly recommend.
