Several times don has got me out of a jam . The block cracked in my vw i thought I would have to throw it in junk yard but don't said he could fix it and he did exactly that..when I saw the entire car taken apart in my driveway I started to worry that Noone could possibly be able to put it back together right but he made my car almost new and I had it for a couple years until it got towed and I couldn't get it back...then any kind of maintenance on any of my other vehicles he came through for me and all very affordable. I would bet my life that, if you have a problem don can fix it no problem, and he will work with u if u don't jerk him around

Don came out on a Saturday to diagnose my car, gave me a reasonable quote and for a reasonable visit fee. Cool business model, recommend.

Don was a delight to work with and got my car looking like new after I damaged the front end. He got the parts quickly and got the repair done faster than expected. All without me having to take it in and him coming right to my house! So convenient. He was communicative throughout the process and cheerful. He will definitely be my go-to from now on. If you're looking for a mechanic that is knowledgeable, professional, timely, respectful, kind, and affordable - Don's your guy! Don's pre- purchase inspection was far more affordable than anyone else in town and extremely thorough. He talked me through everything without talking down to me, which I really appreciate as a female navigating vehicle stuff. After purchasing the vehicle I came across something he missed during the inspection. He got me on his calendar right away and offered to cover the cost of the labor. I've NEVER had a mechanic willing to do that. He's a legit guy and I'm super grateful to feel like I've got a reliable mechanic that will be there when I need him. I highly recommend!

Excellent Service! Don is very honest, and goes above and beyond to do the very best work! I called him to repair a headlight and did a perfect job for much cheaper than the big body shops! Highly recommended if you want great service and don’t want to get ripped off from the big shops! He can do big jobs and smaller jobs. I wouldn’t trust any one else in PDX with my car!
