One of the women working the front(worked today 2-20-26 at booth 1, African American lady) took someone who walked in the door because she knew her, while there was a whole room of people waiting. She was nasty and rude to just about anyone she dealt with. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING. I left and went to sunset location, staff is much more friendly.

I normally do my services at the facility on Sunset. I went to Bechtle today and did not know what to expect. It was busy and there was a long wait. That's the only downside. Everything was great about the experience from the kiosk to the check out register. Tamika goes above and beyond and has excellent customer service. Her and this location are A+++++.

It's far from the most comfortable BMV I've been in in my last 3 states, but the small staff here are very knowledgable and skillful at the tasks. There is a sitting area to wait, but no room to sit while you are working with the clerk. I've never seen that before and that's not easy for the disabled! We had to process 2 new licenses with one special annotation and 3 new plates, and it went pretty smoothly.

I have been to this location a few times. The ladies are always pleasant. They are also very efficient. Even when there is a wait, it is short. Best BMV I have been to in Dayton/Springfield area.

The employees were efficient and friendly even with a high volume of customers who could not speak English and did not have proper identification. The waiting room is large but there is not enough seating for the customers. Must use a kiosk to sign in and no hand sanitizer is available for after touching it.
